There are 4 lovely self-catering apartments that can be let separately or together; sleeps a maximum of 18 (2+1* in apartment TODI, 4+2* in ASSISI, 4+1* in MONTE & 4+2* in GUBBIO)

Years of painstaking restoration has ensured that the features of the old house, it's original stone fireplaces, terracotta floors, exposed stone walls, tile and chestnut-beam ceilings (even the animal mangers and an oven from the 1800's), have been dutifully maintained! Today the Palazzetto holiday house is a fashionable place and once again a home.

The two units on the first floor, TODI and ASSISI have a fireplace; the two on the top floor, MONTE and GUBBIO, have lovely sloping roofs.

The thick stone walls help to maintain coolness in the summer, whilst in winter each apartment has it's individual heating. The swimming pool and living rooms offer exceptional views of the valley and mountains. Each apartment has its Satellite TV and a kitchenette with a 4x hob unit, fridge, microwave with grill and toaster. Extra beds and cots could be supplied upon request, as well as all children's thinks, if necessary. Linen, kitchen utensils and dishes, hair dryer and cleaning items are provided. Furnishings are in period style, some of which are antiques.

Unit 1, TODI, 40mq: Situated on the first floor, with lovely views of the medieval village. It's ideal for a couple or family with a child. There is 1 double bedroom, a comfortable single sofa bed* and a stone fireplace in the sitting room, and a bathroom with bath & bidet.

Unit 2, ASSISI, 67mq: Situated on the first floor. It's suitable for up to 6 persons, having 1 double & 1 twin/triple*/quadruple* bedroom, plus a double sofa bed*, large table and an imposing stone fireplace in the sitting room, and a nice bathroom with shower cabin and bidet.

Unit 3, MONTE, 54mq: Situated on the second floor at roof level, it offers lovely views of the medieval village. There is one extra bed* in the sitting room. Two double bedrooms offer four beds and there is an attractive bathroom with shower cabin and bidet. NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.

Unit 4, GUBBIO, 53mq: Situated on the second floor, it has beautiful sloped ceilings and irregularly shaped rooms. It's perfect for 4 persons: there is a sitting room with a kitchen and dining area, 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower cabin and bidet.
