Notes to the rental rates:
Prices are per apartment for up to 2 (for TODI apartment) or 4 (ASSISI/MONTE/GUBBIO) persons only; *extra beds cost €120,00 per week/€20,00 per day each. Half Board is available at our restaurant (upon request). 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a returnable security deposit of €100,00, is to pay on your arrival.
Services included:
Bed and bathroom linen which are changed weekly. Final cleaning, excluding kitchenette and fireplaces. Electricity, water, gas for cooking and hot water (but not for heating). Wood for fireplaces. Children under 3 who sleep in their own cot and use their own linen stay free. Use of swimming pool, BBQ area, mountain bikes and games. Free Parking. Taxes and Service Charges included.
Services not included:
Final cleaning of kitchenette and fireplace, if not done by guests: €30.00. Heating consumed. Telephone consumed. Breakfast and meals. Extra bed and linens for children under 3: €30,00. Extra bed*: €120,00/week. Use of washing machine and Fax.

Low - January, February, March, April, November, December;
Medium - May, June, , September, October;
High - July, August; Weeks with Special Events in Italy - only special offers with ½ board are available, prices on request!

Saturday check-in is between 4:30p.m. and 6:30 p.m. or as otherwise agreed in advance.
Departure time:
Guests are requested to vacate their apartments Saturday by 10:00 a.m.
